Where is the spam or junk folder?

Mail services sometimes put a real email in a spam folder by mistake. Open that folder in the mailbox the email was sent to, and look there for an email from Araw.

Gmail: the folder is Spam. In the Gmail app, tap the menu at the top left, then Spam. On a computer, click More in the list on the left, then Spam.

Outlook or Hotmail: the folder is Junk Email, in the list of folders.

Yahoo Mail: the folder is Spam, in the list of folders.

iCloud Mail: the folder is Junk, in the list of mailboxes.

Another mail service: look for a folder named Spam or Junk in the list of folders.

If the email is there, open it. To keep later emails out of that folder, choose the option that says it is not spam or not junk, or move the email to the inbox.
