I forgot the family PIN

On an owner phone:

1. When the keypad appears, tap Forgot the family PIN? under it.
2. Type the family's email in full. A 6-digit code arrives there.
3. Type the code and tap Clear the old PIN. Set a new PIN right away.

A member phone cannot reset the family PIN.
