I can't hear Joann's voice or the game sounds

1. Turn up the phone's media volume.
2. In Araw, open the menu, tap Settings, and check Joann's voice and Game sounds. Each has its own level.
3. If the phone is connected to a Bluetooth speaker or headphones, the sound is going there.
