Progress from one phone isn't showing on another

Open Araw on both phones with the internet on. Phones check in with the family within ten minutes, and New progress from another phone joins at your next launch., so closing and reopening Araw brings it in. Menu › Settings › Backup health shows when the phone last backed up.
