How do I get a refund?

Purchases are made through Google Play, and the first 48 hours belong to Google.

Within 48 hours of the charge: ask Google Play for the refund. Google's "Request a refund" page (open it on Google's site) walks you through it. A decision usually comes within a day and can take up to four.

After 48 hours: ask us at arawapp.com/support and choose Billing and refunds. Give the order number from your Google Play receipt; it starts with GPA. A person looks at every refund request.
