How do I delete the family account and all its data?

On an owner phone:

1. Menu › Settings › Your family plan › Unlock family settings.
2. Tap Delete the family account and data….
3. Type the family's email in full and tap Send the code. Choose which one journey this phone keeps.
4. Type the 6-digit code from the email and tap Delete family forever.

The backups, the family's settings and PINs, the list of phones and the sign-in account are deleted at once. Other phones keep only the learner they were using.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel that in Google Play.

If you cannot use the app, ask us at arawapp.com/support and choose Privacy, or deleting data. Give the family's email. We confirm the request there before anything is deleted, and finish within 7 days.
